The Irinoffin fleet was lent to the Sworn Knights under the orders of Georgi II Valrak, who had wished to provide more material ways to support the faith in his life.The Peace Years (1068-1098)

The Edict of 1134 (1134)
When King Garibald Bourdot rebuked the Year's End Edict, it has been the Sworn Knights who have been a scourge of the Rudoran peoples. This insult has been taken especially personally by the Sworn Knights as the Second Kingdom of Old Rudora has always acted as the protector of the entrance to the holy lands of Amandale. It has not been uncommon for Rudoran merchants travelling the Conqueror's Path to be stopped and their goods seized. In response, the King has granted the use of his royal retinues for particular merchants of reknown to reach their destinations unharassed.
