Aalim Gantulga is the eldest surviving clutch-brother of Batu Gantulga and Oyon Gantulga. Despite being fiercely protective of Batu and Oyon, Aalim is haunted by his reputation as a gambler, swindler, and grifter throughout Dathone.
Aalim carries a wickedly curved two-handed sword etched with runes that recount the most impressive deeds Aalim has witnessed; no small number of which he, himself, committed.
