Klevin Van'Sheran
Originally a representitive of the Lord's Alliance, Klevin in Exandria is an undercover Zhelezo agent.
Many people throughout the Clovis Concord have some Ki'Nau heritage, and I imagine Klevin is one of them. However, he grew up in Port Damali in a very majority culture community. So he's kind of that guy who found out that he has 8% of a minority ethnicity, and now he's more fanatically that minority than anyone who grew up in that community. He means well, but it is cringe-y, and sometimes offensive.
At any rate, his apparent cultural obcession is a good cover for his work uncovering smuggleing rings and stopping the import of contraband.
