Diadems of Power

Diadems of Power are magical objects that enhance their wearers natural talents and abilities. Rare objects, they are often kept as crown jewels within royal families, or as items of value as artifacts. Possessing no powers of their own, the diadems enhance and amplify the powers and abilities of their wearers.

History

The Lesser Diadems of Kekta Bandu   Ten thousand years after the death of her mother, High-Queen Muzovwigǎ Ngoti Flinda Dinggǎ, using the life-force of her mother, created the four Lesser Diadems of Kekta Bandu. Holding the event remembered as The Gifting of the Four Diadems of Dorvathar, the High-Queen gave one diadem to King Hal Haab, one to Hibig Guda, one to Queen Gigaga Heyuyi, and one to the Stewart of Capital City of Fem me ke Ice Heart. Over time the diadems, which possessed the ability to corrupt and influence, eventually ended up adorning the heads of all the monarchs and their descendants. Having the power to enhance the abilities of their wearers, and stave away decay, the monarchs would take to wearing them almost all the time; unknown to them, the seductiveness of these diadems was planned.   The Diadem of High-Queen Muzovwigǎ Ngoti was created around the Year 58,000; the most powerful of all diadems exclusively outside The Realm of Contrast, the diadem significantly enhanced the abilities and skills of the wearer. Imbued with the life-force of Klǎpwǐ Flinda Dinggǎ, and further imbued with magic from the Realm of Contrast and part of the soul of Muzovwigǎ Ngoti Flinda Dinggǎ, the diadem was a immensely power magical item.
