Mirelleth Elyndoras (/mɪr.ˈɛl.ɛθ/)
Queen Mirelleth Elyndoras
Mirelleth (lady of comfort and sorrow) Elyndoras was the daughter of Prince Byie Heyuyi and Princess Haifda Hef Elyndoras of The Royal House of Heyuyi. At the conclusion of the The Kin-slaying of the Royal House of Elyndoras in 35089, at the age of 2595, Mirelleth was the most senior living member of the The Royal House of Elyndoras.
The Murder of Lord Hyugeb Elyndoras
At the time of his father's death in 35089, Lord Hyugeb Elyndoras was escorting his niece, Mirelleth, and her one-year-old son, Bihu Elyndoras, from the Customs District in Gita Momufo to the road leading to Ngazomi Asa - Evening Star when they were ambushed by men dressed as royal guards of Evening Star. Lord Hyugeb, an elf who was untrusting, chose to travel with an escort of guards from the The Noble House of Elyndoras instead of his own. Ever aware of the political tensions of Evening Star, he placed more trust in Lord Yoy Elyndoras' men than his own. The ambush initially went poorly for the assailants; Lord Hyugeb and his escort managed to fend off the first attack. The numbers were 10 assailants and 7 Elyndoras guards. Due to the superior training of the Elyndoras guards, they were able to bring Mirelleth and her son back to Gita Momufo, while Lord Hyugeb and the rest stayed behind. The assailants did not pursue Mirelleth because in the conspiracy to claim the throne of Evening Star, Lord Hyugeb was the more senior claimant. Eventually, Lord Hyugeb and his guard were overwhelmed and killed. However, Mirelleth and Bihu Elyndoras had escaped to safety in Gita Momufo.Time As Queen
Queen Mirelleth would not define her rule as one of peace. She would be the monarch who brought about the beginning of the Elven Wars of Aggression that would intermittently occur for more than 20,000 years. The First War of Elven Aggression
Creating an alliance with Queen Graethumara Umara of Sea Edge, and King Hibig Guda of the Gifda Hyage - Island of Light, in 50500, Queen Gigaga would invade the Dwarven Kingdom of Wuuru. Queen Gigaga marched her troops past Coast Way (Lokhe Wit), resupplying in the Plain of Much (Awvi Ki ya), and launching her attack from the town fortress of Tower Watch (As 'a se). Leading 6000 elven troops, Queen Gigaga experienced little opposition from the Dwarves; taking the mines of Dipli, Ngoki, Gongu Visi, and Vipti within the first 20 days of her invasion, all seemed well. With her main forces stationed in the town of Pana Flinha, word reached the Queen of the progress her allies were having against the Dwarven The Kingdom of Ngobte. King Hibig Guda had experienced effective counter-attacks from the Dwarves in the town of Fime Kuksunzen and along the road of Ngobte North; however, he had been unable to take the city of Ngobte Greater, instead besieging it with his host of 7000 elves. Queen Byeyfi Bihe of Sea Eagle had marched her host of 6000 elves through the Tazim Kinsat forest, taking Grotsodu Landing, Ngobte Minor, stationing her army 100 km east of Ngobte Greater on the Ngobte Plateau. In the march, the Queen had lost some 300 in the forest, and another 600 engaging the Dwarves in Ngobte Minor. Word had reached the Dwarven capitals of Wuuru Castle, Mutsa Fort, and Kekta Bandu leading to the mass mobilization of all three kingdoms against the invading elves. Sourcing dwarves from Gratsi Mupa, Sngusi Blorsa, Sfesta Yanhu Liknes, and Wuba Ngoti, the Kingdom of Wuuru managed to muster 10,000 dwarves. Mutsa Fort managed 5,000, while Kekta Bandu mustered some 15,000 dwarves. Collectively, the dwarves commanded some 30,000 troops, outnumbering the elves some 18,500 troops. Though Queen Gigaga was not aware of it, her host would be completely slaughtered in the coming days. Marching her host to the plantations of Gratsi Mupa, Queen Gigaga was ambushed and flanked by an army of dwarves stationed in the forest of Zitan Sifi Wuuru. In the 'Battle of Zitan Sifi Wuuru' Queen Gigaga would triumph with a victory over the forces of Wuuru, causing them to retreat to Gratsi Mupa. King Hibig Guda continued to siege Ngobte greater, organising a division to advance up Sngunti South and take Sngunti En. Queen Byeyfi Bihe took 3,000 of her troops to take Wuva Mupa to sure up food supply and guard the Pass of Hagle Gove. Continuing her march to Gratsi Mupa, Queen Gigaga attacked the plantation with all her might; however, she was met by the entire host of the Kingdom of Wuuru (7000 left after the previous battle), along with the troops of Mutsa Fort (5,000). Outnumbered by over 2-to-1, Queen Gigaga was quickly overwhelmed, with almost her entire host being annihilated. 'The Battle of Gratsi Mupa' would see Evening Star's army being reduced to only 100 - Queen Gigaga's personal guard and nobles - with the dwarves suffering some 7,000 casualties. This battle would forever weaken the Kingdom of Wuuru, leading to its decline and eventual subjugation by the Elves. Queen Gigaga was captured with her guard and accompanying nobles imprisoned; as was custom, the Queen was given fair treatment. The siege of Ngobte Greater continued for 20 more days with the fortress of Sngunti En falling to King Hibig Guda. By that time, the 15, 000 troops of Kekta Bandu had reached the pass of Hagle Gove, making quick work of Queen Byeyfi Bihe's 3,000 strong garrison guarding the pass. Hearing the defeat of his allies, King Hibig would sue for peace, using his military victories as bargaining chips. In the aftermath of the War of Elven Aggression, Queen Gigaga was released back to her Kingdom with the strict agreement that she would never set foot in dwarven lands again. Queen Byeyfi Bihe was given the forest of Tazim Kinsat, and King Hibig Guda was given governorship of Sngunti En. The conflict created a power shift in the dwarven kingdoms, with Kekta Bandu being the strongest Kingdom in the Alliance. Wuuru would never again possess great influence, with both Wuuru and Ngobte becoming vassals of Kekta Bandu in the future.Relationships
