Kingdom of Celium

The Kingdom of Celium was a successor state to the Emperor of Celium following the Celian Civil War. With the Kingdom of Avignet having succeeded in the south the forces of Duke Pascal de la Morte secured the northern territories of the old Empire as well as its traditional capital of Rolén forming the Kingdom following a peace accord that saw it united within the wider Karaklese Expanse. The Kingdom retained its control of its lands during the forming of the Falaran Empire becoming one of the most powerful states in the land.
While Rolén was the formal capitol of the Kingdom the weak control it exerted over the city had nearly all matters of state dictated externally in the current castle of residents of its ruler King Pascal de la Morte.
