Kingdom of Rurin

The Kingdom of Rurin was a small kingdom on western slopes of the Durundar Mountains. It was founded by the Gron Guardsmen of Solstein following the election and reforms of Warchief Ubba began to abandon the old ways. Oryndur the Raventouched, the then Commander of Gron, led his warriors and those discontent with Warchief Ubba's rule across the mountains in a costly march before founding the kingdom.
Rurin followed Solsteiner traditions and lived a simple but hard life. They were rediscovered by the Falaran Empire during the second age and reintegrated into the territory with an autonomous status that allowed them to preserve their cultural heritage.
