Underdark

The Underdark is a grand subterranean network of tunnels and caverns that stretches deep into Aesalia. How deep it goes remains a matter of speculation though some have suggested it reaches down into the core of the planet. The Underdark is home to Drown Elves, Troglodyte, Duregar Dwarves and Deep Gnomes among other monstrous creatures who have adapted to survive the depths.
Many creatures and mysteries are hidden within the Underdark including the prisons of the Kraken, Tarrasque frozen in ice and hives of Illithid never found by the Draconic Imperium.
