Lara Tallander was an Eldessarn noblewoman from Eldesrand who lived in the final century of the Fifth Age of Azocar.
• Lallana's marriage to Jon Tallander came as a great surprise to many of the elite class in Eldesrand. She was not noble by birth and Tallanders always seemed to marry above their station. Gossipers with a romantic bent would say that the very rigorous and serious Sir Tallander actually married for love. It would be uncouth to ask and he would never answer even if someone were so brazen. However, were she still alive, Lallana might reveal with a wry chuckle that their union was just as calculated as anything else Jon Tallander does. He married his long-time superior officer's daughter to strengthen the Tallander alliance with the military of Elderron.
• Lallana Mornglow was only 18 years old when she married; less than half the age of her new lord and sire.
• She died in childbirth delivering her two youngest children, the twins Kam and Lala, just 39 years old.
