The Peaks of Kervia
Geography
Kervia is almost entirely surrounded by massive, expansive, snow covered mountain ranges. The only side the is not surrounded by mountains is the east side which instead has a thick icy forest before meeting the coral bay. The center of the country is filled with snow covered lands with very little plant life. A handful of rivers run off of one large lake towards the center of Kervia, but throughout most of the year the rivers and lake are frozen on top with little running water.
Fauna & Flora
Sure-footed argali sheep and Asiatic ibex play high-altitude hide-and-seek with hungry snow leopards, which have evolved thick coats and small ears to minimize heat loss, and a long tail to improve balance on precipitous ledges. Elsewhere, mountain gorillas – larger, stockier, longer-haired and shorter-armed than their lowland cousins cling to survival on their island of montane forest, And there are countless other species.

An immense amount of precious minerals and gemstones are found within the mountains of Kervia. Rubies, Saphires, Diamonds, etc. Gold, Iron, Bronze, Steel, etc.
History
Historically the bronze dragons and the dwarves were the two major races the lived within Kervia. As the years progressed and the bronze dragons founded a major country within the peaks various races began to move to Kervia wanting the benefits of living under the protection/rule of one of the 10 great dragon races. At the inception of the country many dwarves were unhappy with the idea of bending the knee to their new dragon rulers but they did not have much choice. While the bronze dragons did not force them or threaten the dwarves many feel as though they really had no choice. Rather than being enemies with them they chose to join their country and serve them. The dragons wanted the dwarves support mainly because of the immense skills the dwarves possessed for living within the harsh climate of Kervia and their ability to mine all surrounding mountains. For the majority of the oligarchy's rule citizens and nobility alike seemed pleased within Kervia. It was only a few hundred years after the Reckoning the trouble began. Displeased with the corrupt oligarchy many fought back against it wanting to enact a new form of government within the peaks. Torglia Stonefist was one of the native dwarves to lead this push. At the time she was captain of the guard within Hurgron the countries capital. After much internal strife eventually a revolution came to pass pushing out the old oligarchy and founding democracy in it's place. Shortly after this Torglia was elected Khan by a landslide.
