Voldahn
Demographics
While Voldahn is not the only city that is home to a college of enchantment it is by far the biggest school. The city itself is devoted entirely to the school. Most of the population consists entirely of students, teachers, and faculty members. The college accepts any student with the money to pay for their tuition and the proper aptitude to the arcane arts. Because of this the school is host to a wide array of races and people. Almost every represent has some representation with the college. Though the strong dwarven bloodlines still flow strongly within Voldahn just like the rest of the country.
Government
Voldahn is run by the elected representatives Destala Stormforged a female dwarf and Ruzmad Ashhide a male dwarf. Destala is also the head mistress of the college.
Defences
The city is home to some of the most skilled arcane users Kervia has to offer as well as a small city guard charged with defending the students. Small groups or single attackers hold little chance of besting the magic users here.
Industry & Trade
The largest form of trade the city does is selling the scrolls it produces within Hurgron and or buying lustwill from various countried.
Infrastructure
While Voldahn is not the only city that is home to a college of enchantment it is by far the biggest school. The city itself is devoted entirely to the school. Due to this the city/college is filled with magical enchantments created by students and teachers alike to ease their day to day lives. From enchanted brooms that sweep themselves to magical aqueducts designed to keep the water running year round. A huge courtyard at the center of the city connects all the various locations in the city.
Assets
Voldahn's most valuable asset is scrolls with various enchantments pre cast into the scroll. They have large variety of uses and magics available causing them to desired around the world. The only problem is the city can't grow it's own lustwill to make scrolls.

Mage's College Enchantment
History
Built under the order of Eros, The Hungry. One of Kervia's most tyrannical rulers. While he was not as boisterous or open with his cruelty as Vraxis is, his treatment of his people was just as Vile. A great deal of people died to create this College. Instead of wasting their lives the college has vowed to use this place for good and to make up for cruelty that took place here centuries ago.
Tourism
Only students, teachers, and faculty members are given access to the city. The board of education at the college gives out forms of identification to the other small portions of people who live here. Outsiders may be allowed entry after speaking to a board member.
