Qadar de Vasq

A member of The Azure Owls, working under Lana Verdanis in the city of Earthelm in the country of Knaeva, Qadar is an information gatherer and broker, rather than being an assassin or organiser. Currently, he is working alongside Dalion and Evaline in the Infernal Inquiries Agency, aiding them by sharing information with clients, with the catch being that The Azure Owls will take a portion of their profits.

Often seen wearing a traditional, yet colourful set of Oshal clothing, including a bright, feathered turban and golden detailing sewn into his dark robes. He is described as having 'ludicrously good facial hair' by Dalion, which is an accurate statement, and is never seen without his ceremonial scimitar at his side.

Being born of Oshal descent (Old Oshal Empire) Qadar wears the heritage of his people with pride, using his connections to gather information about his ancestors, making an effort to honor them in every aspect of his life, despite the Old Empire being gone for centuries. This skill in gathering information caught the attention of The Azure Owls, who offered him a job with them, paying a sizeable sum of money for his efforts.
Years later, he met Dalion and Eva, who needed someone to be able to get into contact with clients. Given the vacancy of demon hunting in general after The Bloodhunter Purge, and knowing that this would both boast relations with the people of Knaeva, as that was where they were looking to set up their business, and the added income it could bring, the Owls assigned Qadar to the task, with him actually becoming friends with the two demon hunters.
