Hotaa Kota Canyon

Hoti Canyon is a steep-sided valley, that is cut out of the northwestern Areian Peaks on the Thorn Horn of Tinjir. The Hotaa Kota River carved the canyon over the ages as it flowed down out of the Horn Well into the Cota Ocean.

The canyon's remote location, and its inhabitants, the Garl Goblin have left the canyon largely unexplored, at least in modern memory. Rumors of ancient cities and wealthy mines persist in some taverns but few take them seriously, or dare go see for themselves if there is any truth in the tales. What is known is that Hoti is honeycombed with tunnels on either side, dug out by the goblins. The little monsters using the tunnels and many caves to hunt any entering their domain.
