Organizational Statement-1

Organizational Statement-1 was composed by Adam Hsien Yee, Corporate Company Agent and Skye "Father Nick" Nichols, Devout Officer following Quarantine Enforcement on 2120.07.14 to maintain swift and orderly responses to the dynamic conditions of the USCSS Del Paraiso, Colony Ship mission. This document establishes teams of no more than ten individuals with an organizational lead. All organizational leads report to acting magistrate. Transfers may be requested via the local intranet to the acting magistrate.

A magistrate will be established and report directly to Seegson Corporate via USCSS Del Paraiso, Colony Ship relay. Adam Hsien Yee, Corporate Company Agent will function as first magistrate as approved by Skye "Father Nick" Nichols, Devout Officer. Magistrate will also function as lead of Boundless Horizons, Founded 2120 CE team.
Six months following settlement (2121.01.12) or when deemed appropriate by acting magistrate, a new magistrate may be established by 60% shareholder vote and approval by Seegson representative and by The Temple representative.
Teams, composed of appropriately skilled teammates, will be established to pursue identified objectives.
Teams will be overseen by a lead. Leads will report to acting magistrate as needed but no less than every ten days.
Alternative objectives can be communicated via intranet to the acting magistrate for review.
Variation from identified objectives will result in disciplinary action from the acting magistrate and may include removal of lead status, reassignment to another team, or reassignment to USCSS Del Paraiso, Colony Ship crew duties.
If a team is displeased with its leadership, 60% of teammates are required to communicate concern to acting magistrate for replacement. Leads may defend themselves with council. Acting magistrate has final say on lead replacement.

Amendments to Organizational Statement-1 may be submitted for review, and voted upon over a 24 hour period via intranet, requiring 60% minimum of approval. Implementation will be in a timely fashion requiring no fewer than 10 days.

Adam Hsien Yee, Corporate Company Agent is acting magistrate as of 2120.07.14, approved by Skye "Father Nick" Nichols, Devout Officer at least until 2121.01.14. On 2120.07.19, Rabinho "Robbie" Braga, Pioneer Medic opted to join Team Artemis from Boundless Horizons as overseen by Leader Poppy Thatcher and agreed to by Magistrate;Christian "Goldie" Reeves, Pioneer Medic was tapped to remain with Boundless Horizons rather than join Team Boreas. Team Artemis defined objectives as ongoing study at Survey Peak-1 and related study. Team Caerus was re-assigned to Thatcher Region exploitation, specifically hydroelectric dam development while PUPS continue study of Site One.
