The River King - King Ulorian
King Ulorian (a.k.a. The River King, Master of the River)
King Ulorian, the Master of the River ruler of the Summerlands. He was used by Flax and his sister Jenny Greenteeth to start a war against the Mortal Relam.
The Circle of Six sought him out by request of the Queen Titania to stop the blood shed and get more information about Elessandra.
The party met with the King and discovered he was being influenced by his sisters and Lord Flax for their own desires.
After his weakness was shown Gwendolyn used the moment to seize power and take the rite to rule the Summerland from Ulorian. With the help fo The Circle of Six they were successful and he was slain.

He Is powerful Arch Fey wears a cloak of foam-trimmed dark blue and a vest of woven green reeds and willow branches. His crown shines like the sun on a lake, and his flowing hair curls and moves, though there is no wind. He has two enormous eel hounds stand silent near him, and an orb of rippling blue light circles his right hand.

Intellectual Characteristics
The River King enjoys the cool, damp environs of the Great Rippling Hall. Other fey are less keen on the wet floor and permeable walls and ceiling. The lighting here is normal, with moonstones glowing with silver light scattered throughout.
