Iselda Tongur

Imperial Trademaster of The Kothan Imperium and unofficially in command of the Imperial Goblins. Iselda Tongur once served as an Imperial Assassin with a hit list that ranged across the Planes. After her promotion to the Imperial Trademaster she retired from her Assassin work, officially at least. When Autrion needs people eliminated within the Upper Ranks of the Imperium Iselda is always conspicuously absent.
Iselda also leads the Imperial Goblins in all capacties but official. Under her command the Goblin Shops across the Empire have flourished and become a center of attraction for those with less coin. If the Goblin Undercity does exist then Iselda is at its head, setting in motion plans to accrue ever more wealth. She has reportedly been trying to figure out a way to rob Vinalmo Efrezi's Vault for a several years.
