Hundlestone

A small kingdom on the northwestern border of the Idgyptian Empire. Hundlestone primarily consists of gnomes, and is considered their homeland. While they have remained relatively isolated since its founding, they have begun to establish foreign relations under the new queen.   Shortly after the formation of the Theban Empire, an agreement was made between the two nations in which Hundlestone was annexed by the Thebans. However following the defeat of the Thebans at the hands of the Idgypts at the end of the Idgyptian Civil War, Hundlestone was among the Theban territories that was integrated into the Idgyptian Empire.

History

When a section of gnomes emerged from underground after the Great Flood, the gnomes split into two kingdoms, the forest gnomes and the hill gnomes. Much infighting ensued until the king of the hill gnomes and the queen of the forest gnomes married in 1150 CE, merging their kingdoms and forming Hundelstone.   On the 13th of July, 1501CE, an agreement was struck between Hundlestone and the Theban Empire, leading Hundlestone to be peacefully annexed into the empire. This led to Hundlestone being dragged into the Idgyptian Civil War on the side of the Thebans, primarily serving as engineers.   After the war ended in an Idgyptian victory, Hundlestone was annexed into the Idgyptian Empire as part of the Theban's expanded territory.
