Adventurer's Guild

The Adventurer's Guild of Acarius was founded on the sole purpose of exploring the God's Vault in Halgen , and as such it's only official guild hall is located within the city. Each year, the guild hosts a sort of "try out" that brings people from all corners of Aneirys to Halgen on the 23rd of Frostyield, and is considered the city's largest celebration.
The current guild head, a half-orc by the name of Muntadi, has recently negotiated a proper military stance with the Kingdom of Acarius that would see his guild as a special tactics unit within Acarius' borders - primarily used to handle extreme threats or to reinforce military endeavors across the kingdom.

Structure

The structure of the guild is loose at best, with all members swearing allegiance to the current (and future) guild masters. Each adventurer is considered a "solo agent" unless currently employed by a party or family within the guild. These party leaders and family heads are tasked with maintaining the equipment and overall health and well being of the members beneath them, and in return are granted higher discounts for goods within Halgen - thus incentivizing belonging to a family or party, which is also beneficial for the safety of a guild member.

Culture

The guild's culture is based around merit, which is measured by the amount of floors one member can reliably clear. This is compounded when the member is a part of a family or party to include the various achievements of that group. As such, the "Higher Ranking" members are simply the ones who have travelled deeper into the God's Vault .

Public Agenda

The guild's public agenda is officially to determine the origins and scale of the God's Vault , though recently it has shifted to also offer specialized training to the soldiers of the kingdom.

Friendly

The members of both guilds often employ one another, as each is quite suited to fields that the other find themselves having issues with. Cartographers will hire adventurers to grant security, as mercenaries can be bought out and turned betrayers, and Adventurer's tend to need someone to keep track of the more remote locations that they're experiencing.

Friendly

Much more likely to involve free agents in their problems, the Deep Lords have been calling on rogue bands of (generally dwarven-led) Adventurer's to assist with issues that the dwarven families themselves cannot overcome.

Non-Aggression Pact

Though those employed by the Adventurer's Guild are obviously grateful for the work granted by the Kingdom, the constant berating received by the military structures of the Kingdom of Acarius has left a sour taste in the mouths of guild members.

Non-Aggression Pact

The Order often offers up contracts under aliases to the Adventurer's Guild.
