Nozo

Nozo is a home to many natives of Szhen-Dgou as well traders, butchers, money lenders, undertakers, higher class prostitutes.
Particularly skilled traders, craftsmen and similar aspire to move to Shexu which immediately raises the value of their wares. Some inhabitants of Shexu have outlets in this Tier and in Opoli to make it easily to distribute some of their goods. 
It is very hustly, too, and not very clean: umbles in the streets near the butchers. Don't ask near the undertakers. Mostly wooden huts, few permanent structures.
The test to gain entry to this Tier is the ability to read Takode. As such, there is little other script visible in this Tier, unlike Opoli where Common and Racial language translations are often seen.
