Tsuvatu

Tsuvatu is the base of the Szhen-Dgou military, the Kalobi (city guard) and the home to current and retired warriors.
This Tier has a number of wooden towers rising from it which, in a time of need, are dropped either inwards or outwards to enable rapid movement of soldiers to defend the tops of the walls. If enemies penetrate one layer, they can be broken to prevent their use. This is the ring with the most open space, for parade grounds & training grounds. Other buildings include barracks, weapons stores, training facilities and a prison. For obvious reasons, there are few horses here, the Mitzu cavalry being stationed elsewhere.
The test to gain admittance here is a public test - one must compete in a feat of strength.
