Samet
Samet is a tower dedicated to the Ramas Magi, a group of magic users who are distrubted all over the Empire to serve the various sartossas in their regions. The Magi here are some of the most capable in the world, not only with their powerful sorcery, but also as major political players in the Great Rama Empire. They constantly compete with each other and the religious forces out of Embercross for power within the empire.
There are various powerful circles here between the Headmasters. They are organized into four different factions, sometimes called houses. These houses are selected early on by a ritual dedicated to The Magicweaver, and house selection is something taken very seriously. Very often, a members house becomes their identity, and they still operate by factions long after they leave Samet.
Infrastructure
Four factions include:
Owls - Usually dedicated to higher knowledge and knowledge collection. Bards and wizards.
Bears - Gritty survivalists, masters of nature. Includes Druids and some sorcerers / warlocks
Cats - Sleuthy and illusive, massive politicians. Sorcerers bards and warlocks.
Stags - The most royal lines, often elitist and connected, they often serve as generals and warriors. Bards, wizards, sorcerers.
