Torian Ced
Torian is a servant of Akadi, The Wavemother and has headed up the research into Te'Tras and his current slow awakening. He has long served the wavemother, and finds himself being brought to Straatos after leaving from Zanzibar. He is a known benefactor, and seeks to hunt down the temples protecting the Shattered Index before The Deephunter can find them.
