Touge no Orochi (Toh-geh no oh-ro-chee)

Translated from Kyokan as "Serpent's Pass", the Touge no Orochi is a winding, often times treacherous, path that leads up into the Naga Mountains on the northern Island of Terawa. The path begins at Izu and leads weary travelers through many small but nonetheless vibrant villages until it reaches its eventual destination at the holy sight, Terawa Sanctuary.
