She is often regarded as the Ancient of the Moon, Stars, Balance, and Hope. Being the child of the Prime Ancient Selune and the Fallen Ancient Nex, Eclipse possess powers steeped in both light and shadow. Regarded as an Ancient that truly cares for the wellbeing of her followers, she plays an active role in assuring the safety of mortal beings on Arkos, having a direct hand in ending the Battle of the New Dawn in 1001 3A. Ever since its first appearance in the annals of history, The Eclipse Stone used by Mythra Crescentia and her order to seal away Nex at the climax of The Eclipse War has been shrouded in mystery. Many magisters of The Arcane University and scholars of antiquity have long debated the stone's exact nature, its origin, and true capabilities. It wasn't until the year 1001 3A that the adventuring group known as The Companions discovered the body of an Ancient offspring beneath Evenfall Foundry that the stone's mystery was unravaled. The stone is in fact Eclipse's heart, which she gave up to Mythra in order to seal Nex away. It possess the unique ability to seemingly bypass The Barrier of Providence and create gateways between the realms. Given who her parents are, Eclipse possess a righteous fervor to protect the weak and pursue justice. However, she also holds a glimmer of ambition and narcissim, which she endeavours to keep in check for the sake of herself and her followers.
