The Fractal Facility

Once a proud research laboratory for The Alphacians during the height of their empire, the Fractal Facility now lies at the bottom of the Everfrost Bay in Frigus. Founded by Expertus, the head of the Technology Sphere in The Conclave, the facility specialized in studying the different Promordial energies found in abundance on Arkos during the First Age, and how energy needed for casting spells can be possibly recycled.
Unbeknownst to the general public, the facility was also used to house abducted Prometh, where their unique ethereal form was studied and experimented on, often in increasingly gruesome manners.
