The Copper Frame

This shop, belonging to Silas Selkath, is the heart of cultural export in the Shades of Nogginsby. It is known for it's collection of rare, exotic, and often illegal artwork. Silas is always on the eye for another addition to his collection, and will happily pay for any piece that catches his fancy, though he's not a big fan of the legal Nogginsby tender. It's probably the most well-known shop in Nogginsby, and despite it's illegal nature, the government officials don't really do anything about it, seeing as they have to get their paintings from somewhere anyways.
