Radags

The Radags are a jutting formation of rocks off the northern coast of Tarteria in the Leviathan Sea. The Radags are located north of the Demons' Blood Marshes and were a major factor in the Battle of the Demons' Blood Marshes.

Description

The are a series of multiple large, jutting rocks and spires, which rise out of the sea in sharp, dramatic angles. The rocks are mostly barren, however, time and weather have worn them down in some capacity. Some small and hardy plant life exists on the rocks, and some shipwreck remains litter the waters near the Radags.

Legacy

A painting of the Radags called “Paint No Mountain High Enough” was created by Argilla, son of Kla. According to the artist's statement, it is about the continued struggle of orc kind against the forces working against it, showing orcs will stand strong, even if the landmasses themselves are thrown against them.

History

The Third Age: The Age of Zenethia
During the Great War, spellcasters alligned with Esturk, The World's End, used dark magics to bring forth great gouts of earth in the Leviathan Sea in an attempt to destroy the allied fleet before they reached Tarteria. Though many ships were sunk, so grand was the fleet that many made landfall, and so began the greatest battle of the age: the Battle of the Demons' Blood Marshes.
The Fourth Age: The Age of Shadow
In 4A 995, the Zenethian Heroes sailed through the Leviathan Sea and found several bestial ships crashed and sinking along the Radags. The ships were oozing a thick tar-like substance into the ocean and as they investigated, they were accosted by another minotaur ship, which they battled.
