The floating Wizard's tower is known to the inhabitants of
Sanctuary Islands. The Chieftain of the
Elf spoke of them not intervening in the politics of the island, merely observing it seemed. He did not answer whether this was a sign of them being good or evil. They have not responded as yet to
Mediators for Peace attempts to contact them. One of their members introduced himself to
Noah in private so his people would not be scared. When Noah relayed this information to the council they were not pleased but were not in a position to do anything about it.
Upon the group's arrival near
Vault Professor James Short discovered the floating island seemed to be floating above the canopy they were staying under.
