MicroDome
A small town on the outskirts of the Dome. Founded by the Explorers' Guild, currently home to trainee Explorers. This is also the main operating base for the Archaeologists' Guild.
The dome protects the town from the Storm Cloud and the related acid rain and toxic storms.
The Archaeologists Guild occupies the area to discover the history of the Ancient Civilisations. Their key findings are stored in the Museum of Ancient History. Most artefacts from the world outside are stored because people in the Dome are worried about the contamination they could bring into the main Dome.
A minority, but slowly growing, group of people question the need for the MicroDome at all. Petition to close the gates.
