James "Bucky" Barnes

The most famous ad enduring Winter Soldier is James Rogers. Bucky Barnes fell off a train into the Danube River in 1945 to be found, missing an arm by HYDRA. He had the Serum from treatments at Azzano. He was given a new arm and conditioned to respond to a series of words. All memories and personality traits were purged using an electric chair.
