Beauty Ideals
Helenoi beauty standard tends to prefer 'fair skin' as it signals an individual has not worked long hours in the sun, however, given that the helenois themselves are naturally darker than their northmen, there consider anything too fair to be sickly or unpleasant. Often for men are expected to be entirely hairless on their faces, chests, arms and legs, and have medium length hair. Beards, long hair and hairy bodies are considered barbaric. Women are expected to hold the shame standards, but longer hair is prefered.
Gender Ideals

Men are expected to be brave, honest, well spoken, knowledgeable and dedicated to their trade. Women on the other hand as expected to be delicate, sensible, polite and submissive. Naturally, this varies greatly from place to place and even more on individual lives.
