A family of Sapphire Dragonborn known as the Cobalts have had this ranch for many years. Clyde and Alice Cobalt have owned and maintained the place for years. Their children,
Jedidiah and Sophie, grew up as farmers and ranch hands.
It is a typical farm. They grow crops and trade with the locals in Tinkertown. They have horses, cattle, boars, chickens, even a few
Goets. It is a simple farm and a simple life.
Jedidiah covers the operating costs for his folks ever since Sophie's husband was killed. Sophie and her kids Clarence and Mabel help run the day-to-day while Jedidiah is off adventuring.
