Public Agenda
The Kingdom of Falradia promises its people peace, not after the cost. As irony would have it, Falradia's desire for peace often sees their march to war against neighbouring nations. Any threat to Falradia is ruthlessly attacked and destroyed or rendered incapable of being a threat to the Kingdom.
Assets
The Kingdom of Falradia is scientifically advanced compared to most other human nations on Louria. This includes their mastery over steel, allowing them to field steel-clad infantry and cavalry capable of withstanding most blows from the bronze and iron of their neighbours.
They are considered to be one of the wealthiest nations due to their vast mining enterprises extracting gold, jewels and valuable metals that are not often found in other places on the continent.
History
The Kingdom of Falradia is a relatively young nation by all standards, only being formed four hundred years. Before becoming one, the land was made up of the Northern Clans and the Southern Colonies. The northern clans were all native hillmen whoclaimedr the land that would one day be Falradia whilst the southern colonies were foreigners from the far west, bringing with them steel and war, claiming the old elven cities as their own. After the Second War of Terror, the depleted and weakened northern clans reluctantly aligned themselves with the South and formed the Kingdom of Falradia.
Though unity did not last long, within two decades of the Kingdom's formation, groups of northern Hillmen seeking independence from the Kingdom rose up in rebellion overthrowing their lords and declaring themselves free clans again. Unable to allow this insurrection to go unanswered the Falradian Army marched north and so began the First Falradian Civil War.
The war lasted nine years and ended in the utter defeat of the rebels. Peace and order was restored to the Kingdom for well over a century afterwards until the First War of Thoroughfare in 23157 when the Empire of Duram would first clash with the young Kingdom.
