Al Ramlia
The Fourth Province is ruled from the desert capital of Najalam which sits in the center of the Yati Almawt and it's burning dunes. Able to live there as a gift from the Goddess promising them that she will always be there for them a deep seeming unending oasis stretches deep into the disc. No one has ever found the bottom of the Fountain of the Goddess and neither has the water level ever dropped no matter how much has been drawn. The rest of the province is split into two different mindsets. That of the the roaming nomads who live off the land taking their lives with them. None so grand as the Wandering Baazar itself. The second are those that take refuge beneath the sands in subterranean pueblo style homes.
