The act of manipulating the natural flow of time is forbidden in many worlds due to its calamitous consequences, but through sheer force of will, you are able to exert the slightest pressure to this aspect of reality in an effort to make yourself a better warrior.
Path of Nightmares - Order of the Cruel Night
Barbarians of the Path of Nightmares believe that battles are fought by both flesh and mind, preying upon their enemies’ fears to gain the upper hand. Using a mixture of might and magic, these terrifying warriors embody their own worst nightmares to render their foes speechless and move unseen throughout the world.
Barbarians who follow the Path of Savagery use their primitive might in battle. Their fearsome combat style is honed against brutal beasts, and their terrifying force belies a hidden cunning. Used to contending with great beasts, dinosaurs, and other titanic forces, they sweep through smaller foes with ease.
While barbarians often find themselves respecting and emulating aspects of nature, especially the ferocity of its predators, some barbarians find a deeper connection. Those who follow the Path of the Arborous attempt to become one with its trees and plants, preferring the peace that it offers when violence is unneeded. Even so, just as treants and dryads will protect their homes to the death, they are capable of war when the need does arise. Their hides, tough as bark, and arms strong but flexible enough to crush and restrain, provide all the defense they need against most aggressors.
The ancestors are always watching, they say, as though what they did in life was irrelevant. You will draw upon their accomplishments and make them your own strength so that you can meet them in death not as a scion but as an equal.
Born from the frigid and daunting Frozen North, barbarians who follow Path of the Glacier have learned to harbor the resolute stillness, patience, and unwavering determination and destruction of the icy landscape. These warriors transform their bodies into powerful moving bunkers that are as difficult to take down as they are to escape from.

Barbarians who walk the Path of the Golem were made immortal
by another, to serve as soldiers untouched by time.

The Path of the Third Eye is followed by warriors who find great potency and utility in being able to decipher the future and awaken mental prowess, hoping to pair such abilities with martial capability. Followers of this path often adhere to the words and wisdom of soothsayers, seers, oracles, and others capable of foreseeing the future, and emulate some of their foreseeing powers in combat
Path of the Vampire - The Blood Court / The Sangulla Family
Where barbarians go, death follows, but for none so much as those that walk the Path of the Vampire. While they don't have to feed on blood or walk only at night like their namesakes, these barbarians do their bests to ensure the world never forgets the term blood bath.
Path of Tremors - Horde of the Rumbling Mountain
While the earth gives life to all who live on it, there are few who learn to influence it properly. Those who cast spells to manipulate the earth are like a tumor, changing the landscape without sense or permission. Those who assist the earth instead of antagonize it will see the true power it can bestow upon a champion.
