Court of the Shadow Glen
The Court of the Shadow Glen is an assemblage of archfey who rule the Feywild under the auspices of Queen Oona Shadowsilk. Their influence had once been limited to the Shadow Glen, the dark underrealm of the plane, by the protection of the fey goddess Titania. However, when Titania mysteriously disappeared from the plane, Oona Shadowsilk and the rest of her court seized the opportunity and invaded the overworld, slaughtering their fairy kin who had been loyal to Titania and enslaving the rest of the fey under their tyrannical rule.
History
While those that escaped the Feywild speak of the Exodus as an event in the distant past, to the Court of the Shadow Glen, the Exodus occured only 350 years prior to the present day due to the time dilation of the Feywild. As such, it is still very fresh in the minds of the long-lived fairies who still seek to reclaim the lavish lifestyle they enjoyed as slavers.
Foreign Relations
Following an initial confrontation with Gesh'tiannak during which an entire clique of fairies were slaughtered by the ancient green dragon, diplomatic relations were established between the Court and the green dragon. The Court was granted passage through the Glamoured Tangle, one of the few remaining passages from the Feywild into the Prime Material Plane, in exchange for bringing Gesh'tiannak the completed Turvandil, which the green dragon plans to use to open a portal to the Nine Hells and free Tiamat. Neither side of this arrangement trusts the other to share control of the completed artifact.
