Otis Heydrich
(a.k.a. The Devil of the Iustus)
A human bound to a devil, Otis was an extremely powerful enforcer. He had the strength to stand up to the likes of Striga, The Wanderer and others of their ilk.
He only held one person close to his heart in his life, his younger brother. He never got the chance to live alongside him and died with the regret of that.

Personal history
Born to the abusive General Heydrich, Otis spent his childhood years being trained alongside his more talented younger brother. Although the two both inherited the Blood of Heydrich, only his brother inherited the Purple flames of Thialla. There is one thing Otis did inherit, which he hid from his brother. He inherited cursed blood. With this made him a suitable vessel for a fiend.
After years of not living up to his mothers high expectations, Otis was forced to fuse with a Devil. Becoming a bound enforcer to the Iustus. As General Heydrich, Captain Isaac Rightor and a dark wizard forced him into servitude, he grew to hate the Iustus with every fibre of his being.
Otis had several encounters with Striga and Corrin HighHill, the last one freeing him of his servitude. He finally had the freedom to go back to his brother... but the Wanderer had different plans. As he went back to ensure his mother wouldn't come after him and his brother he was intercepted and killed.
