Dimensional Chests

A new approach to pocket-plane storage. Recently developed by the Zankor Institute of Conjury, Dimensional Chests function just as any mundane chest unless you have one of the enchanted crystal keys. When the key is inserted into a filled chest, the contents are stored in a pocket-plane of the same dimensions. The contents can only be retrieved by inserting the key into an empty Dimensional Chest.
So far, the chests have been distributed to Ambergulch, the Midway Inn, Arivon, Cliffgrasp, Nu-Fou, Jaxon's Folly, and Glimmerfyrd. Orders have been put in for Alondria as well. The creators hope to eventually get at least one public chest in every town and village.

Manufacturing process

Both the chests and keys need to be enchanted before distribution. This is a complicated enchantment, that is currently only known by the researchers who developed it.
