  • Only enough town guard to maintain three rotating companies manning the defenses, with a fourth reserve company for relief and bolstered defense against attack. 21 men per company.
  • Trade caravans employ their own escorts

Geography

Arivon lays in the center of a wide pass between the Setting Ridge and Adamant Mountains, just outside of the pass' western woods.
Religious Practices: The worship of Shey and Skrath are emphasized as a result of the town’s location in the valley between two mountain ranges; sunlight is at a premium thanks to the shorter day hours there, and the wilderness isn’t far beyond the walls
