Carole's Reef is Luna Coves go to beach side diner.

Purpose / Function

Carole's Reef is the cities go to diner situated right on the beach. Everyone eats at or has eaten at Carole's, even the most upscale aristocratic people in the city will go out of their way to get food from here. Its just that good at a reasanable rate. Breackfast, lunch, dinner, midnight snack, Carole's opens at 4am for breackfast with the fisherman and shipyard workers and closes at midnight with late night students of Luna Cove's Elms Academic High School trying to figure out a project. Named after the owner, Carole Bluedrop , she works the opening and closing shifts along other emploies. 
Note: Carole's is what one would call a family establishment. While she dose sell beer and wine for those who ask it is rarely served and most that come there know its not that kind of establishment. The owner and other emploies are fast to cut people off and no one gose to the Reef to drown their sarrows in anyhting other than sugar and cafeen.
