In 747 BC, he was appointed Chief Constable of Martira Bay, where he sought to bring order and justice to the city. However, his tenure was abruptly cut short by an assassination attempt orchestrated by the Kargat, a secretive and dangerous organization. Forced to flee for his life, Alanik relocated to Port-a-Lucine, where he resumed his work as a freelance detective, continuing to unravel mysteries and bring criminals to justice.
