A freed slave who first ran from his past to the newly discovered ruins in Gylanese and joined with Bertie's Boys. After becoming one of the heroes to save the lost nation, he co-founded the Merinots and has been a freedom fighter ever since.Mental characteristics
Personal history
A halfling with a with light stubble and unkempt hair down past his ears. He travels in a silken midnight blue cloak, with a red silk vest underneath.
He sadly never new where he was from but he considers himself to one of the freefolk from Farshno.
As a halfling he experienced two things; being short and being enslaved, and he knew both of these things. He doesn't remember when he was enslaved. He knew when it ended 3 years ago. He remembers when it ended as this was the last time he saw her, Zakura Black. He wrote to her often, but never sent a letter. He didn't know where to send the letters but he also doesn't think thats what was stopping him. He didn't have the heart to send them.
The enslavement ended when he heroically slayed the guard that was assigned to watch us, with just a rock, this worked out perfectly as a regiment from Farshno was in the area. This is the story he tells. In reality, he did nothing to escape, rather he was just freed by the regiment. Miltoneus Forsycthe swore vengeance on the man who enslaved him, Ilyn Carterm.
After being enslaved he traveled, searching for lore and for happiness which he partly found be singing old tales and writing some of his own. After all his belongings were stolen by some pirates, Sir Wesley Griblegash, a goblin, picked him off his feet and gave him a hot meal. Griblegash saw that Miltoneus had an affinity for channeling occult magic through tales and song so together they traveled spreading sound into the countryside and far away cities and along the way he guided Miltoneus to channel this magical ability in to a force to truly be reckoned with.
Now Miltoneus seeks the tales from the unknown, which is why he travelled to Gylanese. He intended to create stories that would last generations. To be the one to find the lost lore hidden in the the ruins. To make a name for himself. Everyone will know the name Miltoneus Forscythe.
