Erfu
Erfu is the only fully elven settlement in Kureta, and sits nestled within the Erfu Forest, north of Kureta City. The elves of Erfu are very secretive, and not much is known to outsiders - other than it is a beautiful place, full of magic and wonderment. The elves will travel to The Capital from time to time to trade goods (mostly fine crafts such as jewellery and clothing), but outsiders are not allowed into the city without express permission from somebody within The Elven High Council.
The High Council is a collection of ancient elves whose wisdom and knowledge brings order and prosperity to the elves. It is estimated that the combined age of the elves within the council is well over 4000 years, and with such experience can only come greatness.
Except for the elves who live there, not much else is known about the mysterious city. The closest most will ever get is the forest that surrounds the settlement - those who have ventured into the woodlands are often aware of a presence watching them, which is believed to be elven sentries who protect the forest.
The city is very close to the veil of the Feywild, which often results in the city being inhabited by various small Fae creatures. They can be seen as pests from time to time, causing mischief and pranking people.

Oh how lucky I was to be allowed access to Erfu! Admittedly they only let me paint this one particular area, and purposely blocked my view of much else with magic, and watched me the whole time, and seemed highly suspicious... but still! Wow!
