Morgana
In Life:
Morgana "The Wicked" is the leader of the Shadow Witches. She appears as a young half-elven woman, with perfect skin and beautiful features. Morgana is a very powerful spellcaster, who has gained her power over centuries of living. By her own reckoning, she witnessed the creation of Kureta City when in her late teens. This would make her close to 1800 years old. Morgana's centuries-long plan began when most of her people, including her parents, were killed as collateral damage from the gods' feuding. In her anger, she made a pact with Wrath, The Furious. Her new link to The Hells warped the nature Magic she already knew, turning it into a darker form. This new Magic allowed her to survive as long as she has, and to complete the trials within the Ruins of Akai by herself. Through a powerful ritual involving The Seed of Mortona, Morgana has ascended to some level of godhood, though it is unclear exactly what she has become. Her Shadow Witch followers have now split into those who wish to revere Morgana as the new God of Witchcraft, and those who wish to return to the nature Magic that started the coven. The Unlikely Association first met Morgana during the ritual in which Morgana ascended. The new deity has returned to them, offering to undo a blip in time caused by travelling between the Feywild and Material Plane. In exchange for this service, Morgana would like a temple dedicated to her to be built in Kureta City, with Verana Mavros serving as her High Priestess.Godhood
Morgana has since become The Goddess of Witches and Shadows, and is worshipped by those who practice the art of witchcraft, or operate in the dark.Divine Domains
