Asia
Asia is the world's largest continent, both in size and population. Historically, it has been the birthplace of many of the world's major religions and several ancient civilizations, including China and India. Over millennia, Asia has seen the rise and fall of empires, the spread of religions, and significant cultural exchanges along the Silk Road. In the last 5000 years, it has experienced colonialism, dramatic political changes, and rapid economic growth, especially in the 20th and 21st centuries.
