The Bogway

A winding trail through the dense boglands, lined with ancient stones and tree roots. The path is notoriously easy to get lost on, but locals say that if you follow it long enough, you'll find the Whispering Pools, said to grant glimpses into the past.

The Mirewatch Tower

A crumbling stone watchtower on a small rise, once used to oversee the bog for bandits and invaders. Now, it serves as a lookout for those who hunt or trap in the bog’s depths.

The Marsh Hallow

A secluded, mist-covered area where villagers claim to have seen strange, ethereal lights at night. It’s also rumored to be a place where spirits of the bog’s ancient past rest.

The Peat Pits

A network of man-made trenches where villagers harvest peat for fuel and trade. It’s a labor-intensive process, and many of the villagers work together in tight-knit groups.

The Soggy Snipe

A humble tavern with a cozy atmosphere and a large stone hearth. The innkeeper, Padraig, is an affable, weathered man with a thick accent and a wealth of local knowledge. The tavern is known for its hearty bog stew made with wild game, and the fire-warmed beer brewed with local herbs.
