The Silver Hill
A prominent hill near the village, still known for veins of silver ore. The village’s blacksmiths use this silver to forge weapons, tools, and ornamental items, some of which are sold to the port city’s militaristic clan.
The Old Watchtower
A tall stone tower that once served as a lookout post for defending against invaders, now a symbol of the village’s connection to the military past. It offers an excellent vantage point to watch the port city’s heavily fortified docks and the vast expanse of land stretching toward the forest.
The Armorer’s Guild
A modest workshop where the best weapons and armor in the region are crafted. It is said that the village’s smiths have contracts with the militaristic clan in the port city, forging weapons that carry the clan’s crest.
The Borderlands
A small stretch of land along the edge of the forest that is occasionally used by the port city’s forces for training exercises. Though not heavily guarded, the area is still considered important by the military for maintaining dominance over the surrounding territories.
The Garrison’s Rest
A sturdy, no-nonsense tavern where military officers and merchants coming from the port city often stay. The innkeeper, Oswin Harrow, is a former soldier who runs the establishment with discipline, ensuring that guests respect the rules. It’s known for its hearty meals, especially its soldier’s stew, which is a mix of salted pork, root vegetables, and strong ale.
