Thicoul is a worshipper of Kord that was sent from the Earthspine Mountains to Confluence as an ambassador. On his journey out of the mountains, three of his party were killed, including Tordek Bronzebeard. Tordek was a Bard that was intended to help bolster the message or objective Thicoul travelled to Confluence to pursue.
Eventually, members of Thicoul's entourage spotted Dharra Boulderfoot and she was asked to perform at an Electors Ball in Confluence and help make a good impression on the Elector and the people of Confluence.
Thicoul has since travelled to Port Zaram on ambassadorial duties and established some sort of rapport and level of trust with Isadora Giordano or Mirellion. This includes accompanying her to Verdant Isle when Katya Shadowash called to her for urgent help when she and Esabel Chantry were afflcted with a mysterious disease.
