The Heartlands is the homeplace of the Kalyxian Empire, and Kalyx himself was born here. After the Bellum Aetate and the end of The Line of Kalyx , the Heartlands was primarily settled by orcs , goblins, hobgoblins, and many other non-humanoid species.
