Sea Elves are subrace of Elf, One that resides mainly in the Ocean and Atlantis.
Sea Elves were created when, Soon after The Creation, The Wood Elves traveled the land to search for a fitting home, And some of them had split off to go explore the ocean. Eventually evolving to live inside of it, They built homes under the waves, Helping build a society for sentient sea-dwellers. There are many places that Sea Elves live, Including Atlantis, Poseidon's kingdom.
They are normally average sized humanoids with long ears, teal skin, Gills, fins, webbed appendages and an unnatural grace about them. They are almost never seen on the mainland, To the point that most people don't realize that they exist.
